The
medical program is one of the pioneer activities of VRHD. Since 1979,
VRHD has helped indigent individuals through their medical needs.
As
of October 2001, VRHD has serviced 1,808 patients, from Bacolod City
to other neighboring towns. Patients are referred to the organization.

VRHD
maintains relationships with local pharmacies for medicine supply. At
the same time, the organization also allows temporary logdings for patients
who need to stay overnight to facilitate their requirements, providing
food for them as well.
